The Art and Science of the Brain was explored in three lectures during the course of an exciting evening with Nicky and Clive giving a performance called MEMORY AS A SUBJECTIVE SHARED EXPERIENCE, a dynamic duo act that included tango, Nicky’s research on corvids, as showcased in a BBC documentary, and extracts describing mental time travel from Clive’s most recent series of books, ‘The Moustachio Quartet’.
This was followed by a performance of stage ‘memory’ techniques by Chris Rawlins entitled I REMEMBER THINGS. The evening culminated with a talk by Hugo Spiers called MEMORIES OF THE FUTURE. The evening was hosted by Vince Walsh.
The evening was organised by THE BRITISH LIBRARY and UCL NEUROSCIENCE.
